Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of the TripTool app and any in-app purchases. They supplement the terms of use.

2. Seller and distributor

TripTool is published by [name, legal status, address] (see the legal notice). The app is distributed exclusively through Apple’s App Store; ordering, payment and invoicing are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices

Prices, including applicable taxes, are shown on the app’s App Store page in your local currency at the time of purchase. [Specify: free app / purchase price / in-app purchases / subscription plans.]

4. Ordering and payment

Purchases are made from your Apple Account, with the payment method registered there. The publisher has no access to any payment data.

5. Delivery

The app and purchased content are available immediately after purchase, by download to the devices linked to your Apple Account.

6. Subscriptions

[If applicable.] Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are granted by Apple under its own policy: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For consumers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately once you have consented to it and acknowledged the loss of that right at purchase.

8. Conformity

If the app does not work as described, contact the publisher at bug@triptool.app; fixes are delivered as App Store updates. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. License

A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under Apple’s Standard License Agreement and the TripTool terms of use.

10. Governing law

[To align with the terms of use.] Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
